He was born November 28, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James Monroe and Dannie (Spell) Stover.
He is survived by brothers Adam Stover and William E. Stover of Lake Charles, Louisiana, sister, Ella Deel also of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Monroe and Dannie (Spell) Stover.
Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica, is assisting the family with arrangements.
