Utica - Calling hours for Barbara Roderick, 63 of Utica, will be held 3:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with the service immediately following at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Kirk LaVigne officiating.
Mrs. Roderick passed away unexpectedly August 5, 2015 at Laurels of Mount Vernon. She was born August 12, 1951, in Columbus to the late Dave S. and Gladys P. (Maxwell) Norris.
She was a member of Gold Wing Road Riders Association Colonial City Wings Ohio Chapter Y Mt. Vernon and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 92, Utica. Barbara loved gardening and flowers.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Charles L. Roderick of Utica; brother and sister-in-law, Kinnith and Deborah Norris of Cape Carol, FL; sister, Lois Beyer of Utica; aunts, Margaret Robinson, Emma Lee Warner, both of Tennessee; nephews, Donald Jason Beyer, Donald E. Norris, Randall L. Norris, all of Columbus;, special friends, John and Nancy Gleckler, Judy McNamara, all of Utica, JoAnn Duncan of St. Louisville; many many firends and her canine companions, Brady and Lia.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Vance B. Norris; aunt, Grace Gleckler.
