Betty L. Wessinger
Utica - The family of Betty L. Wessinger, 84 of Utica, will receive friends Wednesday, February 9, 2011, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.
Betty died February 5, 2011 at Licking Memorial Hospital Selma Markowitz Unit, Newark. She was born October 29, 1926, in Homer to the late Benedict and Maggie Favel (Spicer) Young.
Betty enjoyed Utica Senior Ciitzens and was a caregiver all of her life.
She is survived by her son, John Wessinger of St. Louisville; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Carl Sharp of Chillicothe, Judy and Rhudy Galbraith of Astatula, FL, Helen and Neal Schenz of Buchtel; twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, John and Clarence Young; sister, Helen Smith.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, P.O., Box 430, Newark, OH 43058-0430
