A funeral service for Bonnie R. Anderson, 78 of Utica, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2018 at Utica Church of Christ, 115 N. Central Ave. with Doug Swan and Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in Martinsburg Methodist Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3:00-7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the church.

Bonnie passed away July 18, 2018 at her daughter's residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 26, 1939 in Lindside, WV to the late Layton and Mae F. (Cole) Treadway.

Bonnie was a member of Utica Church of Christ. She was a retired lunch lady from Utica Schools. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, James M. Anderson; daughters and son-in-law, Theresa and Brad Blacksten, Lori Blacksten, Melissa Anderson; six grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Ryan, Adriana, Chase and Zoe; four great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Maverick, Landon and Kennedy; sister, Darlene Baker; brother and sister-in-law, Thurman and Sherry Treadway; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Juanita and Jim Howiler; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeff Anderson; and step-father, Dale Garrad.
