Utica - A Mass of Christian Burial for Carol A. Wolfe, 64 of Utica, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 602 Marietta St., Bremen with Reverend William Thomas Kessler as celebrant. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Bremen.
Friends and family may call 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica.
Carol died May 9, 2015 at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon. She was born February 25, 1951, in Louisville, KY to the late S. John and Katherine (Morabito) Cavallaro.
Carol attended St. Francis Catholic Church, Newark. She graduated from Upper Arlington High School and was a graduate of Wittenburg University and received her Masters degree from the Ohio State University where she was a Teaching Assistant in the English Department. Carol was a farm wife, loved to read and write poetry.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Edward E. Wolfe of Utica; sons, Andrew John Grigsby (Heather Wells) of Zanesville, Edward E. Wolfe III of Martinsburg, Michael Joseph Wolfe of the home; daughters, Kathryn Marie (Brent) McCullough of Trinway, OH, Elizabeth Anne Wolfe of the home; one granddaughter, Zoey Grigsby Wells; brother, Richard (Holly) Cavallaro of Hilliard.
