Utica - A graveside service for Carolyn A. Hayes, 81 of Utica will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 at Newark Memorial Gardens.
Carolyn died November 15, 2010 at Mount Carmel St. Ann's, Westerville. She was born October 18, 1929, in Morgan Twp/Knox Co., Ohio to the late Carroll E and Hazel M. (Beckholt) Curtis.
She was a member of Grove Church of Christ, Gambier.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Lynn and Debra Hayes of Johnstown; two grandsons, Daniel Curtis Hayes, Kyle Lee Hayes; one great-grandson, Michael Nevaeh Hayes; one great-granddaughter, Jenna Hayes; many niueces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon E. Hayes who passed away April 8, 2006 and sister, Dorothy Hardwerk.
Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica is assisting the family with arrangements.
