A funeral service for Catherine R. Arrington, 72, of Newark will be held at 1pm on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Brucker-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Ben McKinstry officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-1pm prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow at Bell Cemetery.

Catherine passed away on December 17, 2023 at the Laurels of Heath. She was born on January 11, 1951 in Mt. Vernon to the late Jesse F. and Mildred L. (Moreland) Arrington.

She is survived by her sisters, Linda S. Wyeth, Phyllis J. Arrington, Doris J. Clark, Darlene K. Swank, Mary R. (Dennis) Bullock and Virginia M. Arrington; brothers, Frederick L. (Judy A.) Arrington, John R. Arrington and Carl W. Arrington; aunt, Freida Ramey; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Wilma Arrington; and brother-in-law, Carl Swank.
