Charles L. Roderick

Charles L. Roderick, 64, of Utica passed away on October 4, 2021 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born on September 23, 1957 in Newark to the late George and Lucille Roderick.

Chuck was a paramedic for Delaware, Newark and Utica. He was a member of the Utica American Legion Post #92 and Masonic Lodge #291.

He is survived by his wife, Jane E. (Sparks) Roderick; step-son, James Michael Searcy; step-granddaughter, Veronica Lynn O'Connell-Searcy; siblings, Debora Smith, Kirk (Terri) LaVigne, Wendy (Brock) McFann, Lenetta (Gene) Balo, Kenneth (Beth) Peck and Chad (Mindy) Peck; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Roderick; and brother, Michael Mayer.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Tri-Village Christian Church, 7509 East Broad St., Pataskala, OH, 43062.
