Mr. Manley passed away February 26, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 31, 1959, in Columbus to Leatrice (Wielinski) Condon and the late Giles Manley.
There will be a gathering of family and friends, Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at Delaware Township Hall, 4373 St. Rt. 257 North, Radnor, OH, 43066.
Clark was a courier coordinator at Riverside Hospital and he loved to fish.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Leatrice and Lyle Condon of Metamora; children, Joshua Manley of New York, NY, Cameron Manley of Utica, Rachel Manley of Utica; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kent and Brenda Manley of Radnor, Kirk and Michele Manley of Fairbanks, AK, Brent Manley of Toledo, sister-in-law, Theresa Manley of Lynchburg, VA.
He is preceded in death by his father, Giles Manley; brother, Troy Manley.
