Cynthia Ann Twyford

July 7, 1948 – March 10, 2018

A funeral service for Cynthia Ann Twyford, 69 of Croton will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Croton Church of Christ, 40 S. Main St., Croton with Dan Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at Hartford Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the church.

Cindy passed away on March 10, 2018 from a short but courageous battle of Gallbladder Cancer with her loving family by her side. She was born July 7, 1948 in Mt. Vernon to Mary Ann (Sinkey) Arter and the late William Arter.

Cindy was an active member of Croton Church of Christ, a member of The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the office manager for the Hartford Fair for 26 years. Her love for the fair was quite evident to anyone who knew her, it was her true passion. Cindy always enjoyed spending time with her large family during holiday's, picnics and shopping trips with her sisters. Cindy will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, John "Chuck" Twyford; sons, Shawn (Karen) Twyford, Spencer (Karen) Twyford; three grandchildren, Morgan, Lydia and Madison; mother, Mary Ann Arter; brothers, Steve (Debi) Arter, Tracy Arter, Rod (Rhonda) Arter; sisters, Alyce (Pete) Williams, Beth (Dick) Rowley, April (Leon) Crowe; sister-in-laws, Joan Durnell and Lea Richards; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Croton Church of Christ, Hartford Fair or Hospice of Central Ohio.
