Dane P. Bishop, 76 of Utica passed away on November 26, 2024 at his residence. He was born on February 21, 1948 in Newark, OH to the late Donald E. and Kathryn L. (Weiss) Bishop.

Dane served honorably in the U.S. Army. He loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his son, Richard (Benita) Bishop; grandchildren, Molly Bishop, James (Misty McNamara) Coakley and Janette (Jeremy Goodman) Coakley; great-grandchildren, Mason and Montana Burnett; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Kay Bishop.

The family will receive friends from 4-6pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Brucker-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.
