A funeral service for Danny R. Bryant, 62, of Utica will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Richard Hite officiating.

The family will receive friends 4:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the funeral home.

Danny passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Selma Marrkowitz Center, Newark. He was born December 5, 1955 in Mingo County, West Virginia to Leon Bryant and the late Mary Ann (Newsome) Bryant.

He worked for Limited Construction. Danny loved being with family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating and auctions. He was a member of Heath Eagles. Before coming to Ohio, Danny was a coal miner in West Virginia.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Janet L. (Hite) Bryant; his sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas and Mindy Bryant of Purity, Nathanial "Bub" and Stephanie Bryant of Newark; six grandchildren, Nicholas Jr., Peyton, Madelynn, Levi, Alyvia, and Raegan; father, Leon Bryant; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Deb) Bryant, James (Vicki) Bryant, Larry Bryant, all of WV, Billy Bryant of Utica; sister, Connie Priece of WV; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Bryant; brother, Stevie Bryant and sister, Linda Spaulding.
