David Allen Mayfield

St. Louisivlle - Calling hours for David Allen Mayfield, 21 of St. Louisville, will be 4:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, April 26 at North Side Church of Chist, 4427 Marion Rd. NE, Newark where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery.

David died April 21, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 18, 1991, in Newark to Bridget L. Mayfield and the late David Johnson.

David was a 2010 graduate of Utica High School and C-Tec. He loved fishing and hanging out with his cousins and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Bridget L. Mayfield of St. Louisville, daughter, Mylynn Johnson, sisters, Audrianna Johnson and Stephanie Mayfield both of St. Louisville and Danielle Mayfield of Mount Vernon, half sisters, Tanaah and Miranda Johnson both of Zanesville, aunt, Tracy and Bill Bryant of St. Louisville, uncles, Billy Mayfield of St. Louisville, Nathan Mayfield of Hanover, maternal grandparents, Connie Mayfield of Hanover, Bill Mayfield of St. Louisville, cousins, Billy Bryant, Jr. and Austin Bryant both of St. Louisville.
