Donald L. Ramsey, 92 of Warsaw passed away on April 11, 2025 at Danbury Nursing and Rehab in Mt. Vernon. He was born on March 8, 1933 in Coshocton County, OH to the late Ernest Clifford and Agnes Arlene (Gaumer) Ramsey.

He is survived by his sister, Ruth (Joe) Nelson; niece, Tammy Whittington; and nephew, David Ramsey.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn D. Ramsey; daughter, Donna Jean Ramsey; brother, Homer Ramsey; and nephew, Paul Ramsey.

The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Brucker-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica. Funeral service will follow at 11am with Pastor Don Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Bladensburg.
