A graveside service for Dorothy A. (Culver) Gaskella, 87, of Martinsburg, will be held December 11, 2017, 1:00 p.m. at Martinsburg Methodist Cemetery.

Mrs. Gaskella passed away December 6, 2017 at Selma Markowitz Center, Newark. She was born January 30, 1930 in Zanesville to the late Granville A. and Nellie V. (Mason) Culver.

Dorothy enjoyed sewing, gardening, and taking care of her pets. She loved animals.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Dwight B. Allen of Heath, Carol L. Cline of Gambier, and Susan M. Allen of Newark; five grandchildren, Danielle Fluhart, Jamie Cline, Brannon Kurtz, Amanda Jordan and Rockell Hudson; four great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons; four step-children; seven step-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Judy Culver of Newark; many nieces and nephews; and two fur babies, Husky and Bonnie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank W. Gaskella; son-in-law, James M. Cline, Sr.; brothers, Paul, Jim and Dick Culver; sisters, Eileen Sprecker and Cora Chatterton.
