Dwight J. Billman, 78, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Billman was born July 27, 1945 at Mercy Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He was a former resident of Homer and Utica.

He is survived by his loving wife, Roselee of Laredo, Texas; brother, Kendall L. Billman of Utica; sons, Robert, Jerry, Jeff and John, local residences; stepchildren, Robert and Cheryl McClure of Texas; brother-in-law, Jack Ransom of Utica; also many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John H. Billman and Ada Valeria (Farley); brother, Raymond Billman; sisters, Colleen Sowards and Cynthia Ransom.

He retired from the United States Air Force- ANGUS and the U.S. Postal Service.

A private graveside service for the family and friends will be at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens cemetery at a later date.
