Edna Beachy

Edna Beachy, 95, passed away April 24, 2015 at the home of her daughter, Marianna and Mervin Mast, Utica, OH.
She was born April 20, 1920 to the late Noah and Barbara (Miller) Gingerich in Millersburg, OH. She was a member of Walhonding Christian Church. On December 15, 1955 she married Melvin M. Beachy, who preceded her in death November 11, 2006.
Surviving are four children, Marianna (Mervin) Mast of Utica, OH, Galen (Alta) Beachy of Summerton, TN, Norman (Alma) Beachy of Sarasota, FL and Nolan (Ann) Beachy of Wytheville, VA; twenty-four grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Yoder and Emma Miller of Walnut Creek, OH; and one brother, Mose Gingerich of Millersburg, OH..
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Ervin, Alvin and Mahlon Gingerich of Millersburg and one sister, Fannie Miller of Millersburg.
Funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Melita Fellowship Church, 9956 Camp Ohio Rd., Utica, OH with Owen Miller officiating. Burial will be held at Martinsburg Amish Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Church.
