Utica - A funeral service for Edward "Jack" Lewis, 99 of Utica, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Union Cemetery, Emlenton, PA.
Friends may call 2-4 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica.
Mr. Lewis passed away November 21, 2015 at Newark Hills Health & Rehab Center. He was born November 3, 1916, in East Brady, PA to the late Harry W. and Latisha (Brock) Lewis.
He is survived by his son, Harry J. Lewis of Burgay Suffolk, England; daughter, Kathleen Lewis-Spickelmier of Aurora, CO; son-in-law, Dennis Sedwick of Newark; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; longtime companion, Sharon Van Ness of Utica.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lillian (Kautchick) Lewis; daughter, Barbara Sedwick; brothers, Fred, Henry, Melvin and Jack Lewis; sisters, Ruth Stenner and Amy Shira.
