A Celebration of Life for Eileen Beever, 79 of Homer, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 19, 2018 at Grace Pointe Community Church, 892 E. Columbus Rd., Utica with Rev. Marvin Haught and her son, Rev. Gary LaRue officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday, January 18, 2018, 4:00-8:00 pm at the church.

Eileen passed away January 14, 2018 at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. She was born January 7, 1939, in Columbus to the late Glen W. and Mabel M. (Hogle) Huddleston.

She retired after 23 years of service at Tech Rubber Co., Johnstown. Eileen loved camping, bowling, playing cards, crocheting, collecting beanie babies and was an amazing cook. She was a member of the RC Travel Club and Homer Fire Dept. Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ronald K. Beever of Homer; sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Janet LaRue, Gary and Jacque LaRue, all of Newark; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Larry Walpole of Newark, Barbara Cluck of Fredericktown, Cheryl Goodman of Utica, Holly and Bobby Sunkle of Mt. Vernon; step-daughters and step-son-in-law, Kaye and Steve Straley of Ft. Myers, FL, Vicki Taylor of Dayton, 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Sparks of Delaware.

She is preceded in death by four brothers, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
