Frances "Dianna" Stump, 64, of Mt. Vernon passed away on June 6, 2022 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born on January 12, 1958 in Athens to the late Eugene Glenn and Della Garett (White) Watkins.

Dianna worked at Kenyon College. She was a former member of the Utica American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing and bowling.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Timothy Stump; son, Jeremy (Julie) Thio; grandchildren, Brianna and Tyler Smith; great-granddaughter, Sadie Smith; brothers, Bill (Dona) Watkins and David (Dajuanna) Watkins; sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Harris and Ida Rickher; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Gary Michael Willie; and brother, Robert Watkins.
