George Paul Burke, Jr.

A graveside service for George Paul Burke, Jr., 54, of Utica will be held at 12:30pm on Friday, July 17, 2020 at Homer Cemetery with Pastor Carolyn Baker officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00pm prior to the graveside on Friday at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.

George passed away on July 14, 2020 at OSU Hospital in Columbus. He was born on May 19, 1966 in Columbus to George Paul Burke, Sr. and the late Kathryn S. (Nelson) Lambert.

George enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid sports fan. Most of all he loved playing with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Katrina (Schaar) Burke; three sons, Corey (Carissa), Chase and Connor Burke; five grandchildren, Brooklyn, Mila, Cohen, Daxton and Rylan; father, George Paul Burke, Sr.; three brothers, Charles "Ed" (Lisa) Burke, Brad Fischer and John Burke; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his son, Colton Richard Burke; mother, Kathryn Lambert; and brother, Jeff Burke.
