Gloria L. (Crowe) Farley

Newark - A graveside service for Gloria L. (Crowe) Farley, 77 of Newark, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday March 21, 2012 at Southlawn Cemetery, Utica with Bruce Hissong officiating.

Gloria died March 16, 2012 at Centerburg Pointe Nursing Home, Centerburg. She was born February 28, 1935, in Mount Vernon to the late Thomas and Lucille (Nye) Mahon.

She was a member of Heath Eagles and the American Legion Post #85, Newark. Gloria retired from Walmart, Heath and she also worked at Krogers, Mount Vernon and Meijers, Newark.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Patsy Crowe of St. Louisville; daughter and son-in-law, Tami and Randy Stapleton of Newark; grandchildren, Dana (Brandi) Crowe of St. Louisville, Amy (Anthony) Collura of St. Louisville, Cassandra (Chris) Moore of Georgia, Devin Stapleton and April Page of Utica; five great grandchildren, Kayleigh and Kelsey Crowe, Tyler Collura, and Christopher Moore III of Georgia and Aiden and Skyler Stapleton of Utica. Also survived by Connie and Hugh Porterfield of Newark, Patty and Donny Goodman of Glenford, Bernard Nye of Hanover and several other cousins and many close friends.

She is preceded in death by husbands Nick Crowe and Joe Farley.

There will be a family gathering at North Side Church of Christ, 4427 Marion Rd. NE, Newark after the graveside service.
