Gloria L. Neighbarger May 2, 1960-August 2, 2016 A funeral service for Gloria L. Neighbarger, 56 of Homer, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Rev. Marvin Haught officiating. Burial will follow in Homer Cemetery. Friends may call 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2016 and 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the funeral home. Gloria passed away August 2, 2016 at her parents' home in Utica. She was born May 2, 1960, in Mount Vernon to Clyde and Maxine (Fling) Neighbarger. Gloria enjoyed her flowers, reading, knitting and crocheting. She volunteered at Homer Library and worked at Licking Co. Aging Program and Dollar General. Gloria loved her dogs, Bruiser and Ellie. She is survived by her son, Douglas Neighbarger of Homer; daughter, Chelsea Neighbarger of Homer; parents, Clyde and Maxine Neighbarger of Utica; brothers, Nelson (Lori) Neighbarger, Joe Neighbarger, and Tom Neighbarger; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
