James Robert "Doughbelly" Tinon

Utica - A funeral service for James Robert "Doughbelly" Tinon, 67 of Utica, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.

Bob died July 5, 2011 at his residence. He was born October 6, 1943, in Columbus to the late Mary K. Loar.

Bob retired from Owens Corning after 37 1/2 year and from Discover. He loved Nascar racing.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Thelma N. (Angus) Tinon of Utica; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Tina Tinon of Somerset; daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Eric Miller of Utica; step-sons, Alan (Teresa) Pierce, Robyn Moran, David Pickens all of Utica; grandchildren, Miley Tinon, Natosha (Brad) Westbrook, Kiesha Pierce, Neil Pierce, Zac Moran, Krissy Stevens and Sean Pierce; great-grandchildren, Alexis Taylor, Luke Westbrook, Haylee Whyde, Hayden Stevens, Haddox Stevens and Leah Pierce.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles Tinon.
