Jeannette A. Neighbarger May 8, 1931-May 19, 2016 A funeral service for Jeannette A. Neighbarger, 85 of Utica, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Ben McKinstry officiating. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Neighbarger passed away on May 19, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital, Newark. She was born May 8, 1931, in Utica, Ohio to the late Jerome P. and Lucille (Werner) Faulkner Sr. In Jeannette's early years, she was a secretary for Utica High School. Later she cared for her aging father and you could always see her riding her lawn mower, mowing her grass. She is survived by her nephew, Jerry and Judy Hull of Utica, niece, Diane and Tom Neighbarger of Cortland, great nephews, Chad (Tonya) Hull and Linden Hull, great nieces, Heather (Sonny) Kerstiens and Heidi (Michael) Armetta. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lambert Neighbarger, Jr. who passed away November 3, 1992; brother, Jerome P.
