Jerry Joseph Buchkoski, Jr., 46 of Utica, passed away July 18, 2018 at MetroHealth System in Cleveland.
He was born June 17, 1972 in Ravenna,to Marie L. (Cipriano) Buchkoski and the late Jerry Joseph Buchkoski, Sr.
Jerry is survived by his sons, Jerry Joseph Buchkoski, III and John Buchkoski; one grandchild; mother Marie L. Buchkoski; uncle, Joe (JoAnn) Cipriano; many aunts, uncles and cousin; and Bro Eric and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Joseph Buchkoski, Sr. who passed away April 26, 2010.
A private family graveside will be held at South Lawn Cemetery in Utica.
Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica is assisting the family with arrangements.
