A funeral service for Joel A. Mullett, 16 of Gambier, will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, February 18, 2019 at Mt. Zion House of Prayer, 20875 Clutter Rd., Utica with Pastors Brendan Miller, Dave Troyer and Laverne Eash officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, Utica.

Friends may call Sunday, February 17, 2019, 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Mt. Zion House of Prayer, 20875 Clutter Rd., Utica.

Joel passed away February 14, 2019. He was born June 18, 2002 in Millersburg to Rebecca K. (Morhart) and the late David L. Mullett.

He attended Mt. Vernon High School and Knox Co. Career Center. He loved working on cars, hunting, fishing and his dog, Riley.

Joel is survived by his mother, Rebecca K. Mullett of Gambier, siblings, Rachel (Anthony) Martin of Lebanon, PA, Elizabeth (Dana) Eash of Utica, Emily (Dallas) Knepp of Florence, CO, Joshua Mullett of Utica, Jared Mullett of Utica, Kristen Mullett of Gambier, Jordan Mullett of Gambier; nieces and nephews, Kaysen, Kinsley and Kari Eash, Tirzah Martin and Xander Knepp and many aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his father, David L. Mullett; grandparents, Ray and Mary Morhart and Eli and Mary Mullett.
