Jordan Alan Smith , passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 36, at his residence. He was born July 20, 1987 in Mount Vernon, Ohio

Jordan was loved very much by his family and his friends. Jordan attended Mount Vernon City Schools, later going to Utica Schools and graduating from C-Tec of Newark for a career in CNC metal fabrication.

Jordan had an eclectic mix of interests and hobbies. He enjoyed and was great at drawing; competitive gaming, complex puzzles, water activities, he loved music and going to concerts, watching comedy shows, making jokes, football and wrestling. Jordan was such a loving, kind hearted, funny overall amazing man. He enjoyed and loved to hang out with his family and friends. There wasn't much that Jordan wouldn't do for anyone if they asked or were in need, if he could help, he would, that's just the heart and love he had. Jordan was a " have your back" kind of guy and always had warm open arms.

Jordan is survived by his mother and stepfather, Susan and Phillip Forsythe, his father Richard Walker, sisters, Olivia Smith and Ellie Johnson, nephews, Brennan Staugh, Kayden Fawcett, Keaton Fawcett and Lincoln Marteney; a niece, Irelyn Staugh, and his grandmothers Carol Kincaid and Roberta Smith, along with many Aunts and Uncles and multiple cousins.

Jordan was loved very much by his family, he loved being an Uncle and cherished all the time he would spend with his niece and nephews. He also really loved his friends.

Jordan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Terry (Steve) Smith and Richard and Charlene Walker.

In honor of Jordan's life, there will be a memorial service at 6 pm, Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Brucker Baker Funeral Home, 34 North Main Street, Utica, Ohio. The family will receive guests one hour prior to service.
