Kathleen "Katie" Paumier

A mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m.Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church 303 E. High St. Mt. Vernon with Fr. Mark Hammond as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery, 303 S. Chapel Street, Louisville, Ohio.

Katie, 81 of Utica, died suddenly on March 14, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born May 26, 1932, in Louisville, Ohio to the late Alfred (Happy) and Margaret A. (Schumacher) Paumier.

She was a member of St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Mt.Vernon. She worked at the Miller Co. in Utica for 22 1/2 years and retired from G.E. Co. in Worthington, Ohio after 15 years.

She is survived by her sister, Thelma Andrie of Louisville, OH, brother and sister-in-law, Hubert "Mix" and Kay Paumier of North Benton, OH, neice, Linda Hostetler of Canton, OH, nephew, Ted Ferguson of Louisville, OH.

She is preceded in death by her brother Russell Paumier.

Friends may call 3:00-7:00 P.M. with a Vigil at 7 p.m., Monday, March 17 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N Main St., Utica. Friends may also call from and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday prior to the funeral mass at the Church.
