A funeral service for Laura M. Klick, 91, of Newark, formerly of Utica, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Dean Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Bell Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service from 11-12p.m.
Mrs. Klick passed away on May 29, 2015 at Price Road Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on May 4, 1924 to the late Walter and Minnie (Frey) Lantzer in Wilmot, OH.
She was a member of St. Louisville Christian Church. She loved her family first and also enjoyed sewing and her flowers.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Bennie Klick; children, Charles (Laurene) Klick of Bladensburg, Irene (Tom) Smith of St. Louisville and Ben (Diane) Klick Jr. of Utica; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; brother, William Lantzer of Beach City; sisters, Hazel Dehoff of North Lawrence and Florence (James) Orr of Massilion.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, John Lantzer.
