Linda C. Maidel

Utica - A funeral service for Linda C. Maidel, 67 of Utica, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 19, 2014 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Tim Carr officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark.

Friends may call 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the funeral home.

Linda died September 15, 2014 at Ohio Eastern Star Home, Mount Vernon. She was born April 1, 1947, in Newark to Betty L. (Cramer) Hall and the late John L. Hall.

Linda's family always came first in her life. She was a member of American Legion Post 92 Auxiliary and was Activities Coordinator at Autumn Lakes Campground.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Shari Maidel of Utica, Joan and Bill Pyles of Gambier, Jan and Terry Wright of Utica, Fredda and James Rinard of Utica; mother, Betty Hall of Utica; grandchildren, Neal and Nathaniel Maidel, Heather Pyles, Jessi, Jacci and Janae Wright, Josh Wright and Abigayle Rinard; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Amelia and Kennedy Maidel, Bella Johnson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Jeanne Hall of Virginia Beach, VA, Bob and Marsha Hall of Cleveland.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred R. Maidel who passed away October 6, 2002; brother, David Hall.
