Lonnie G. Liming

November 15, 1947-February 8, 2021

Lonnie G. Liming, 73, of Utica passed away on February 8, 2021 at his residence.  He was born on November 15, 1947 in Columbus to the late James Thurston and Mary Lou (Johnson) Liming.

Lonnie won many trophies for drag racing and trap shooting.  He was also an excellent mechanic and pool shark.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Sharon L. (Stalling) Liming; step-daughter, Amie Stewart; grandchildren, Chelsie (Josh) Stewart, Chase Stewart, Cait Stewart, Corey Norberg, Helena Cross, Micheal (Cheyenne) Johnson III and Makahlia Johnson; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Michael (Joyce) Liming; and sisters, Kathy (Jack) Masters and Sue (Butch) Silliman.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-son, Micheal Johnson Jr.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
