Margurite (Quinif) Germaine

Margurite (Quinif) Germaine, 61, of Baltic, Ohio, passed away January 12, 2021, at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio.  She was born July 10, 1959, in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, to the late George J. and Donna I. (Keeran) Quinif.

Margurite is survived by her significant other, Russell Leach, son, Vernon (Meghan) Kollas of Marion; daughter, Amber (Wayland) West of Newcomerstown; sister, Violet Beach of IN; grandchildren, Andrew, Samantha, and Audra Kollas all of Marion, and Melanie, Zachary, Faith, and Abigail West all of Newcomerstown, and nephews, Robert and Jerome Peck both of IN.

Margurite spent her life caring for others. She worked as a CNA for 15 years. She spent her time making afghans and other crafts for those she cared about and helping others at her residential facility. She enjoyed her many trips to Michigan and other states in the U.S.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Whisner, and brothers, Terry and Robert Quinif.
