Mary Eileen (Larimore) Ross, a longtime Licking County resident, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. Mary was born January 23, 1936, in Mansfield, Ohio to the late E Paul and Frances (Brown) Larimore. She lived 87 years that were abundantly full of love, devotion to her family, and involvement in her community.

Mary believed in the importance of family above all else. Mary found forever love in her highschool sweetheart, Bill. With Bill, she raised three children and later played a central role in the lives of her 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mary instilled in her family the value of slowing down and enjoying little moments together, which was often accomplished through her home-cooked meals and camping, activities that Mary's family still enjoys today. Mary was known for her infectious laugh, generous smile, constant goofiness, and loving with all of her heart. She was highly active in her community, supporting local businesses, helping others in need, and dedicating her time to organizations such as the Mid-Ohio Chapter of the Oldsmobile Club of America, Eastern Star, the Red Hat Society, her camping club, and The Bloomin' Buckeyes, her traveling square dance club. Mary was a firm believer in the value of retail therapy and used her shopping addiction to show love to her friends and family. And while some say she had a flair for drama, the truth is that she really just loved a juicy daytime soap opera. Above all else, it is Mary's energy and spunk that her family will miss most.

Mary leaves behind a close-knit family, which includes her daughters Lora (Dwight) Reynolds and Judy Ross, son Todd Ross; her grandchildren Joy (Greg) Neighbarger, Josh (Lauren) Reynolds, and Jolene (Samm) Reynolds; and her great-grandchildren Belinda Reynolds, Hazel Neighbarger, and Leo Reynolds.

Mary has requested that no funeral services be held. Her family requests that any cards be sent to Todd Ross at P.O. Box 558, Utica, Ohio 43080 and that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Central Ohio (https://www.ohioshospice.org/give/).
