A funeral service for Michael A. Worley, 67 of Utica, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Roger Tickle officiating. Calling hours will be held prior to service from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Mr. Worley passed away on October 19, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 8, 1951 in Mount Vernon to the late Wilbur and Irene (Theado) Worley.

Mike served honorably in the U.S. Marines and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed by G.E. Diamond Innovations, B & O Railroad and North Fork Schools. He was a lifetime member of Utica American Legion and VFW. Mike was an avid poker player.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Bradford McDaniel of Utica; son, Joseph Worley of Newark; step-son, Robert Ferguson of FL; step-daughter, Trena Leonard of Columbus; five grandchildren, Lindsay, Morgan, Aiden, Celia, Zoe and Jordan; three great-grandchildren, Laken, Gage and Gannan; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Carol Worley of Columbus; sisters, Joanne Worley of Howard and Maureen Dry of Utica; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Legion, Post 92, P.O. Box 2, Utica, OH 43080.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Central Ohio for the exceptional care that was given to Mike.
