Mona Lou Pembrook

Utica- A funeral service for Mona Lou Pembrook, 77, of Utica, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Utica Church of Christ 115 North Central Ave. Utica with Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.

Mona Lou died May 18, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born December 14, 1934, in Perry Co., Ohio to the late James L and Bertha (Warner) Pargeon.

Mona Lou was a member of the Utica Church of Christ. She retired from First Knox National Bank and she was an avid traveler.

She is survived by sister-in-law, Mary Kay Pargeon, nephews, Craig and Tina Pargeon, Stanley Pargeon and Tootie Smith, all of Utica. Scott Pargeon and Diana Parks of Frazeysburg, nieces, Amy and Tom Cooper, Lisa and Rob Pierpont, of Utica, Pari and Willard Fissell of Mansfield and Carla and Larry Counts of Mt. Gilead and several great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence L. Pembrook who passed away May 9, 1995, brothers Wayne and Harold Pargeon.
