A funeral service for Nancy E. (Lehner) Kirkpatrick-Carroll, 68 of Johnstown , will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at New Covenant Community Church, 8408 Johnstown-Utica Rd., Johnstown with Michael Rector of the Southern Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday, January 8, 2018, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at New Covenant Community Church.

Nancy passed away January 5, 2018 at Ohio State University Hospital. She was born August 11, 1949 in Westerville to the late Richard B. and Sara E. (Wilson) Lehner.

She was a member of Southern Baptist Church in Johnstown.

She is survived by her husband, Gary L. Carroll, son, Andrew J. Kirkpatrick, daughters and sons-in-law; Tina and Marshall Heil of Johnstown, Meagan Kirkpatrick of Johnstown, Nicole and Nick Booth of Martinsburg; grandchildren, DeLaney, Joshua, Joseph, Emily, Jacob and Kennedy; great-grandchildren, McKenzie, McKayla and McKenna and sister, Patricia Ceschiat of New Albany.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Leonard "Jerry" Kirkpatrick and grandson, Andrew Jordan Scales.
