Raymond P. Eshelman
UTICA: A funeral service for Raymond P. Eshelman, 92, of Utica, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 at Law-Baker Funeral Home with Alan Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in South Lawn Cemetery.
Raymond died November 16, 2010 at Country Court Nursing Center, Mount Vernon. He was born April 17, 1918, in Licking County to the late Homer and Nora (Crawford) Eshelman.
Raymond was a member of Morgan Grange, Utica Senior Citizens and Johnstown Community Sportsman Club. He was a bus driver for North Fork Schools for many years.
He is survived by his nephew, and wife, James "Ed" and Dorothy Eshelman of Utica; sisters-in-law, Mary Lou (Robert) Smith of Heath and Virginia Stump of Canton; many other nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wilma R. (Buchanan) Eshelman who passed away September 18, 2006; sisters, Monna Moats and Marie Knisley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Knox County, 17700 Coshocton Rd., Mount Vernon, OH 43050.
