A funeral service for Richard "Rick" Eugene Eagleston, 62 of Utica, will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica with Pastor Jill Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Lock Cemetery.

Friends may call 5:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the funeral home.

Rick passed away unexpectedly at his home October 14, 2018. He was born June 23, 1956 in Mt. Vernon.

Rick graduated from Northridge High School in 1974. He enjoyed playing computer games, watching wrestling and football, bowling at Redskin Lanes, driving his tow truck, but most importantly spending valuable time with his family. He was currently employed by Jae's Towing and Recovery Service.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Twila (Moran) Eagleston: children, Larry (Deb) Brown, Dave (Vicky) Brown (Lori Brown), Paul (Cheryl) Brown, Chery (Danny) German, Ricky (Savhana) Collins; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, brother, Parry (Jewel) Edman; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene (Eagleston) Edman and her husband Carl Edman; grandparents, Burley Jay and Dorthia (Eagleston) Quick; great-granddaughter, Karmyn Johnson.
