Riley Jo Topp, our sweet Smiley Riley, was born May 27th, 2023, and grew the most beautiful angel wings on October 13th, 2023. Riley was everything joyful and was loved by everyone immensely. Born to Keegan Richter and Chance Topp, weighing a whole 6 pounds 4 ounces, she was 19 inches long. Riley managed to get to 11 pounds 2 ounces and 23 inches long, she graced us with her presence a week and a day early. Riley is the most loved baby on this planet with the most precious smile you have ever seen.

Riley was preceded in death by her great-great-grandmother, Celesta Burnett, great-grandfather, Joe Richter, great-grandmother, Kimberly Jo Bralley and Daybeon Kiem, she leaves behind her mother and father, Keegan Richter and Chance Topp, her siblings, Navalynn and Aurora Topp, her aunt Braelyn Richter, her god-father Austin Moran, her grandparents, Amanda and Joseph Richter, Dustin and Kacey Topp, Dustin and Courtney Thompson, her uncle Jerid Thompson, her aunts Krystal and Ashley Thompson, Ashley (Jeremy) Schwamb and family, her cousin Michael Newman and family, and her great-grandmother Gloria Tier.

Funeral services will be held at the Utica United Methodist Church in Utica, Ohio on Saturday October 21st. Riley will live on in the hearts of all who loved her forever.
