Robert L. Ramsey, 90, of Utica passed away December 31, 2019 at Country Court Nursing Home, Mt. Vernon. He was born July 10, 1929 in Newark to the late Clark A. and Blanche (Myers) Ramsey.

He served in the U.S. Army

Robert is survived by his daughter, Jodi Ramsey; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Ramsey; 6 grandchildren, Robert J. Ramsey, Justin (Christina) DeAngelis, Johnathon Hinger, Zane Ramsey and Johan Ramsey; 4 great-grandchildren, Kyle (Annie) Ramsey, Cody J. Ramsey, Layton Ramsey and Noah DeAngelis; 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Marian E. Ramsey who passed away June 21, 2019; son, Robert C. Ramsey; daughters, Willa Ramsey and Deborah J. DeAngelis; brother-in-law, Wayne Geer.
