Robert C. Wagner St. Louisville - A Mass of Christian burial for Robert C. Wagner, 86, of St. Louisville will be held at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 18 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 66 Granville St., Newark with Reverend JCP Sullivan as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Newark. Calling hours will be held 9:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica. Bob died March 13, 2015 at Selma Markowitz Care Center, Newark. He was born January 5, 1929, in Oak Harbor, Ohio to the late Urban N. and Edna Mae (Slavin) Wagner. He was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, Newark and Church of the Nativity, Utica. Bob was a Korean War Army Veteran and retired from Newark Air Force Base. He was a part-time farmer and liked carpentry. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Darla Wagner of Utica, Larry and Cindy Wagner of St. Louisville; daughter and son-in-law, Cecelia and Robin McCracken of Newark; five grandchildren, Brian (Stephanie) McCracken, Doug (Amber) McCracken, Joe (Kayla) Wagner, Michele (Brian) Finkes, Nicole (Chris) Grether; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas (Margaret) Wagner of Fremont; sister, Theresa (Richard) Tram, FL, many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dolores (Foos) Wagner who passed away January 14, 2013; brothers, James and Bernell Wagner; sisters, Mary Haaser and Frances Hansen.
