Rosalie E. Baughman, 80, of Westerville passed away on September 29, 2023 at St. Ann's Hospital. She was born on November 28, 1942 in Newark to the late Thomas Noel and Lucille L. (Stevens) Baughman.

Rosalie was a member of Highwater United Church of Christ and Ohio Eastern Star Wroena #597 Fredonia Chapter. She worked for the Newark Trust Company prior to retiring from the State of Ohio as Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Office of Budget and Management. She enjoyed playing golf, traveling and was an avid Buckeyes fan.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Angela VanHoose; grandsons, Kyle (Sarah) Riggleman and Joshua (Samantha Conway) VanHoose; great-grandchildren, Oliver Riggleman and Natalie Rae VanHoose; siblings, Larry (Phyllis Buxton) Baughman, Becky (Jim) Lloyd and Thomas Russell (Connie) Baughman; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by special friend, Tom Denison.

Graveside service for family and friends will be held at 11am on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Wilson Cemetery in Newark.
