Roy G. Ball, Jr.

Utica - Friends and family may call for Roy G. Ball, Jr., 61 of Utica, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Law-Baker Funeral, 34 N. Main St., Utica with the service at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Charles Shisler will officiate.

Roy died October 27, 2014 at his residence. He was born September 14, 1953, in Columbus to the late Roy G. and Violet (Lafferty) Ball, Sr.

Roy loved his family, his neighbors, and his friends. He truly enjoyed spending time with them. When Roy loved someone, he loved them forever. He never met a stranger. Roy always said, "They broke the mold when they made me." He was reborn in Jesus Christ and is now in heaven.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Ryan and Crystal Ball of Marion, Roy and Loren Ball of Delaware; three grandchildren, Caleb, Caitlin and Kylie Pierce; brothers and sister-in-law, William and Mary Ball of Delaware, Robert Ball of Hawaii; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Harold Nord of Adelphi.

He is preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Miller, Patricia Johnson and Alice Ferguson.
