Ruth E. Sackman
A Celebration of Life for Ruth E. Sackman, 61, of Mt. Vernon, will be held at a later date. Ruth passed away July 12, 2020, at Whispering Hills Care Center. She was born September 22, 1958, in Newark, to the late Raymond and Virginia (Duncan) Gordon.
Ruth is survived by her husband Walter S. Sackman; children, Meranda (Michael) Hartford, Amber (Russell) Nace, Charles Edward Nace III and Robert Nace; siblings, Kenny (Kay) Hughes, Cheryl Rutherford, and Robin Hobbs, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
