A funeral service for Shirley A. Williams, 87 of Utica, will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Bell Church of Christ, 20871 Bell Church Rd., Utica with Evangelist Larry Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Bell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 pm, Monday, April 16, 2018 at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.

Mrs. Williams passed away April 12, 2018 at Knox Community Hospital, Mt. Vernon. She was born March 24, 1931, in Knox County to the late John and Hollis (Dial) Cunningham .

Shirley was a member of Bell Church of Christ and a 1949 graduate of Homer High School. She loved her children and grandchildren. She also loved flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Virginia Williams of Utica; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Randy Blackledge of Buckeye Lake and Beth and David Kelly of Newark; grandchildren, Sara Johnson, Victoria (Patrick) Osewski and Joshua Kelly.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur A. Williams; brother, Gene Cunningham.
