Stephen R. Dustin, 71, of Utica passed away on July 18, 2019. He was born on February 23, 1948 in Mt. Vernon to the late Orlin R. and Edith (Coss) Dustin.
He is survived by several cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Rodney L. "Butch" Dustin.
