Suzanne R. Phillips, 83, of Frazeysburg, died Friday, March 27, 2020 at the Knox Community Hospital. She was born June 23, 1936 in Chicago, Il to the late John and Virginia (Craig) Rhodes.

Suzy worked as an R.N. for over 30 years and loved taking care of people. After her retirement, she found joy in taking care of her yard and doing yard work. She also enjoyed being around her cats.

She is survived by son, Charles Michael Holliman; daughter, Virginia C. Holliman; brother, John (Kate Combs) Rhodes; sister, Lucinda I. (Bernie) Austermiller; two nephews, David Thompson and Bernard Nelson II; three nieces, Brandy Nisley, Christina Schwenke, and Kianna Rumpke; and sister-in-law, Valerie Rhodes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Phillips; and brother, Terry Rhodes.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a cat shelter of donor's choice.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Bell Church Cemetery.
