Tammy R. Belford, 61, of Utica passed away on October 11, 2021 at her residence. She was born on July 23, 1960 in Odessa, TX to Jim and Shirley (Johnson) Milling.

Tammy enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting, flower gardening and feeding the birds and squirrels.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jeff Belford; son, Mark (Rachael) Belford; brother, James Dean Milling; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ron and Shirley Belford; sister-in-law, Rhonda (Daren) Riley; brother-in-law, Wayne Belford; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Arloween Milling.
