Theodore A. Farmer
Utica - Calling hours for Theodore A. Farmer, 89 of Utica, will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012, 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Law-Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main St., Utica.
Ted died January 16, 2012 at his residence. He was born March 28, 1922, in Broken Bow, Nebraska to the late Arthur and Louise (Wineman) Farmer.
Ted was a retired veterinarian, teacher and farmer. He graduated from Broken Bow Nebraska High School and received his veterinarian degree from Colorado State University. Ted was a Navy Air Corp World War II veteran.
He is survived by his son, Mike Farmer of Utica; grandchildren, Jayson Talbott Farmer, Cody Talbott Farmer and Lorrie Morgan Talbott Farmer; brother and sister-in-law, Garland and Margaret Farmer of Beaverton, OR; sisters and brothers-in-law, Eugenia and Duane Vannice of Lincoln, NE, Frances and Glenn Govier of Grand Island, NE, Florence Pichler of Adrian, MI; former daughter-in-law, Mary T. Farmer.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise G. Farmer who passed away October 25, 2010; brothers, George Farmer and James Farmer; sister, Virginia Cline.
